The A-glaze Surface Protection System is
available for yachts, cars, motorhomes and
aircrafts. Used for years by British Airways,
endorsed by companies like Boeing, Airbus, Aston
Martin, it is finally available in NZ.
Using this system will give you a shiny boat with
extremely little upkeep.
Above Swan 44 is 8 years old and showed a
heavily faded hull after years of very active sailing
and use under the harsh NZ and Australian sun.
She is now one of the shiniest boats you can
imagine and will remain like this for about 8
months to 1 year without further treatment.
After that she will need a wash with A-glaze wash
and shine, followed by a coat of glazing. That coat
is applied with a microfibre cloth. No hard rubbing
required. leave the glaze to bond for about 20 min
and wipe off the slight remaining film. Done!
